Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship to Australia.

If you are located outside Australia, please contact us via our contact form to enquire about international shipping options.

All orders are dispatched from New Zealand.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Estimated delivery times to Australia are up to 10 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges that may apply in the destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned in their original condition

• Items must be unused and undamaged

• Items must include any original packaging where applicable

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally sent, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos and details of the issue so we can assist in resolving the matter promptly.
